While we typically sun-dry our beans or finish them in a cinnamon wood-fired oven during the rainy season, one unexpected batch absorbed a rich, natural smokiness—creating a bold, complex flavor reminiscent of traditional Mexican mole.

Now crafted intentionally, our smoked cacao offers a unique balance of deep chocolate and savory notes, available in three distinctive blends: cinnamon, cardamom, and a subtle cayenne heat.
